Troy King files two suits in federal court yesterday against BP and others on behalf of the state.
On the same day, Bob Riley gives us Executive Order 51 stating, among other things, that any legal contracts with the state that contain contingency fee agreements or that pay more than $195 per hour must be approved by the Governor.
How is the legal team going to work around that one?
